Clarity and Meaning

Clarity and Meaning, the fourth mini-course in this series, was first published in 1998. This course covers a wide range of topics that can help translators and other English students further refine their writing skills. The following topics are among those discussed in Lesson 1: punctuation, noun phrase modification, pre-modifying noun phrase patterns, effective use of noun phrases and pronouns, and puncutation. Lesson 2 shows how to compose a well-organized document.
